AIC Kapsowar Hospital is a faith based health institution owned by AIC Kenya. 

It has bed capacity of 130 and operates as level four hospital.
Vacancy: Hospital Administrator
Deputizing the Director, the Administrator’s responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
  • Providing the administrative work, HR Function and control HR budget
  • Maintaining contact with partners and government departments
  • Preparing HR report to management and Board

  • Degree in Business Administration or B com. HR option (Recognized University)
  • 3 years experience at management level
  • Membership to Institute of human resource managers is a must
  • A team leader, Good management skill and communication
  • Self motivating, working under pressure to meet deadline with minimal supervision
