Title: 
Workshop Manager (2) (Trucks and Heavy Earth Moving Equipment)

Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing maintenance plans for the equipment.
  • Schedules for various levels of service.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Your will be responsible for cyber security, data integrity, business continuity (back-ups, disaster management preparedness)
  • Development of a system that facilitates dash-board reporting especially for the sales and production teams.
  • Define or review existing service level agreements (SLA’s) with service providers and manage implementation.

Title: Legal & Compliance Manager

  • Advocate of the High Court of Kenya & Commissioner for Oaths and at least 10 years as an advocate. Must have a valid practicing certificate.
  • Registered with the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries.
  • Computer skills, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving, negotiation, team building, leadership and organizational skills.
  • A legal degree and an advocate of the high court
  • A CPS qualification/membership will be an advantage.

Title: Community Relations Officers (2)
Location: Athi River & Kaloleni, Kenya

The primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective implementation of the Rhino Cement Foundation initiatives under the broad direction of the Board of Trustees.  

Key Accountabilities:
  • Effective communication of the impact of the projects under Rhino Cement Foundation
  • Participate in community meetings on various topics, including community safety, project updates on various upcoming and planned activities, etc.
  •  Provide communities with regular information on issues and project activities and their impact on communities or individuals.
  • Assist communities in lodging grievances, either formally or informally, and ensure that concerns are followed-up by relevant personnel. This will include registering complaints in the log, conducting initial investigations and working with appropriate personnel to ensure complaints are responded to appropriately, drafting responses to complaint letters.
